高质量发展视域下软件技术专业群建设路径探究

Research on the Path of Building Software Technology Professional Groups from the Perspective of High Quality Development

随着信息技术的快速发展,企业对软件类人才的需求量也越来越大,高职院校开始重视产教融合及校企合作的育人模式。本文深入探讨了高质量发展背景下专业布局与产业发展不协调、人才培养与岗位需求不匹配、校企合作动力不足等问题,并结合区域经济发展战略,提出了加强校企合作的策略,通过采取个性化培养、柔性化实施的教学模式,建设软件技术专业群。

With the rapid development of information technology,the demand of enterprises for software talents is also increasing,and higher vocational colleges and universities have begun to pay attention to the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in the mode of training.This paper discusses in depth the problems of uncoordinated professional layout and industrial development,mismatch between talent cultivation and job demand,and insufficient motivation for school-enterprise cooperation in the context of high-quality development,and puts forward the strategy of strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in conjunction with the strategy of regional economic development,and the construction of the software technology professional cluster through the adoption of personalized cultivation and flexible implementation of the teaching mode.
