双层架构实验室管控平台的设计与实现

摘要 随着信息技术的发展和数字化转型,实验室数字化平台建设的需求不断提升。传统人工管理模式已难以应对复杂挑战,电子平台建设逐渐兴起,但现有平台重行政而轻实验管理。本文将传统工业控制与现代物联网技术融合,设计了双层架构实验室管控平台。该平台不仅提高了试验效率,还保障了实验安全,提高了实验室整体管理水平。 With the development of information technology and digital transformation,the demand for laboratory digital platform construction has increased.The traditional manual management model has been difficult to cope with the complex challenges,and the construction of electronic platform has gradually emerged.However,the existing platform emphasizes administration rather than experimental management.This paper combines traditional industrial control and modern Internet of Things technology to design a two-layer laboratory management and control platform.The platform not only improves the efficiency of the test,but also ensures the safety of the experiment and improves the overall management level of the laboratory.
