本文旨在探讨医院智慧后勤一体化建设的实践,首先介绍了智慧医院的概念,引出了智慧医院后勤管理的现状及挑战。从理论层面研究分析了智慧医院管理的理论框架,以及智慧医院管理用到的技术。通过对智慧后勤建设实践的研究,发现智慧医院后勤一体化可以帮助医院识别并解决传统后勤管理中的问题,提高管理效率,降低运营成本,提高服务质量和管理水平。本研究的最终目标是为医院智慧后勤建设提供理论支持和实践指南,推动医院后勤管理的现代化进程,提高医院的综合运营水平。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the practice of intelligent logistics integration construction in hospitals,firstly,the concept of intelligent hospital is introduced,and the current situation and challenges of intelligent hospital logistics management are introduced.The theoretical framework of smart hospital management is studied and analyzed from the theoretical level,as well as the technologies used in smart hospital management.Through the study of the practice of smart logistics construction,it is found that smart hospital logistics integration can help hospitals identify and solve the problems in traditional logistics management,improve management efficiency,reduce operating costs,and improve service quality and management level.The ultimate goal of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidelines for the construction of smart logistics in hospitals,to promote the modernization process of hospital logistics management,and to improve the comprehensive operation level of hospitals.
