在事业单位人事档案管理中,大数据技术有助于构建完善的单位资源体系,有助于提高人事档案管理水平,为事业单位的长远发展提供动力。为此,本文将总结档案管理中应用大数据技术的意义,分析大数据技术在档案管理中面临的挑战及其应对措施,最后重点围绕大数据技术在加强干部人事档案资源管理中的应用展开细致探讨。
In the management of personnel files in public institutions,big data technology helps to build a perfect unit resource system,improve the level of personnel file management,and provide impetus for the long-term development of public institutions.Therefore,this article will summarize the significance of applying big data technology in archive management,analyze the challenges faced by big data technology in archive management and its countermeasures,and finally focus on the application of big data technology in strengthening the management of cadre personnel archive resources to develop a detailed discussion.
