摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织内第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)的表达及其与患者临床病理特征间的关系。方法选取63例乳腺癌患者,收集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距离病灶边缘≥3 cm),以免疫组织化学法测定组织内PTEN、MMP-2、AKT表达。收集患者的年龄、性别等资料,分析PTEN、MMP-2、AKT表达与患者临床病理特征间的关系。结果癌组织中的MMP-2、AKT阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,PTEN阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。PTEN、MMP-2、AKT表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05);与患者肿瘤的组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论PTEN、MMP-2、AKT在乳腺癌组织内呈异常表达,其表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and protein kinase B(AKT)deleted on chromosome 10 in breast cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 63 patients with breast cancer were selected to collect their cancerous tissues and normal adjacent tissues(≥3 cm away from the edge of the lesion).The expressions of PTEN,MMP-2 and AKT were detected by immunohistochemical method.Collect age,gender and other data of patients,and analyze the relationship between PTEN,MMP-2,AKT expression and clinical pathological characteristics of patients.Results The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and AKT in the cancerous tissues were higher than normal adjacent tissues,while the positive expression rates of PTEN in the cancerous tissues were lower than normal adjacent tissues,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The expression of PTEN,MMP-2 and AKT was not related to the age and tumor location of breast cancer patients(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the histological grading and lymph node metastasis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion PTEN,MMP-2 and AKT are abnormally expressed in breast cancer tissue,and is related to the histological grading and lymph node metastasis of patients.
