摘要
目的探讨赋能教育理念联合人文护理在胃癌化疗患者负性情绪及生存质量中的应用。方法选取2019年3月—2023年6月本院收治的52例胃癌接受化疗患者为研究对象,利用数字法将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组26例。其中,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用赋能教育理念+人文护理。对比两组患者负面情绪和生活质量在护理前后的差异。结果护理前,两组负面情绪评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组负面情绪评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者评分均有改善,且观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论赋能教育理念与人文护理的联合应用可以明显缓解胃癌化疗患者的负面情绪,以及提高患者化疗后生活质量,该护理手段值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore application of empowerment education concept combined with humanistic nursing for negative emotions and life quality of gastric cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods The paper chose 52 gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly with digital methods.26 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 26 cases in observation group with empowerment education concept and humanistic nursing.Difference in negative emotions and life quality was compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no difference in negative emotion scores between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,negative emotion scores in observation group were lower than control group(P>0.05).There was no difference in life quality scores between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,scores in both groups improved,life quality scores in observation group were higher than control group(P>0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Empowerment education concept combined with humanistic nursing can improve negative emotions and life quality of gastric cancer chemotherapy patients after chemotherapy significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
