揉髌手法联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎30例

Effect of Knee-rubbing Manipulation Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of 30 Cases with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的:研究揉髌手法联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对血清IL-1β水平的影响。方法:选取2020年4月—2021年3月永修县中医院骨伤科收治的60例膝骨关节炎患者,按照就诊先后顺序单盲随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合揉髌手法治疗,4周为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后WOMAC评分及血清IL-1β水平。结果:临床总有效率观察组为93.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组膝关节疼痛评分、僵直评分、关节功能评分及血清IL-1β水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揉髌手法联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射可缓解膝骨关节炎患者临床症状,改善患者膝关节功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of knee-rubbing manipulation combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and serum IL-1βlevels in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Yongxiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,while the observation group was treated with knee-rubbing manipulation on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of knee pain,stiffness,joint function and serum IL-1βlevels in the two groups all decreased after observation,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knee-rubbing manipulation combined with sodium hyaluronate injection can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the function of knee joint in patients with knee osteoarthritis,at the same time reduce the serum levels of IL-1βlevels to inhibit inflammatory reaction.
