脾胃培源方联合化疗方案对脾胃虚弱型胃癌术后患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响

Effect of Spleen-stomach Peiyuan Recipe Combined with Chemotherapy on the Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Gastric Cancer with Weak Spleen and Stomach after Surgery

目的:分析脾胃培源方联合化疗方案对脾胃虚弱型胃癌术后患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年6月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院进行相关治疗的30例脾胃虚弱型胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组给予化疗方案[5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)+顺铂静脉滴注]治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予脾胃培源方治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、卡氏功能状况评分(KPS评分)、EORTC癌症生命质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-STO22评分)及血清CEA、CA50水平变化。结果:治疗后2组中医证候积分均降低,KPS评分均升高,差异有统计学意义,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组的EORTC QLQ-STO22各项评分均较前改善,差异有统计学意义,且观察组效果更好(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清CEA、CA50水平均有不同程度的下降,差异有统计学意义,且观察组效果更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃培源方联合化疗方案能够有效提高临床疗效,改善患者生存质量,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the combination of Spleen-stomach Peiyuan Recipe and chemotherapy on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with weak spleen and stomach after gastric cancer surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,30 postoperative patients with spleen and stomach weakness type gastric cancer treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given a chemotherapy regimen[5-fluorouracil(5-FU)+cisplatin intravenous drip],and the observation group was given the Spleen-stomach Peiyuan Recipe on the basis of the control group.The changes in TCM syndrome scores,KPS scores,EORTC Cancer Quality of Life Core Scale(EORTC QLQ-STO22 scores),and serum CEA and CA50 levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups of patients.Results:After treatment,both groups of TCM syndrome scores decreased and KPS scores increased,with statistically significant differences.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the EORTC QLQ-STO22 scores of both groups improved significantly compared to before,and the observation group had better results(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum CEA and CA50 in both groups decreased to varying degrees,with statistically significant differences,and the observation group had a more significant effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Spleen-stomach Peiyuan Recipe and chemotherapy regimen can effectively improve clinical efficacy and improve patient quality of life,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
