江一平胃滞肝郁理论及其应用

JIANG Yi-ping's Theory of Stomach Stagnation and Liver Depression and its Application

江一平认为肝胃痞病常是互为影响的,其治疗亦应多方考虑,临床常见证型有肝气犯胃证。其在长期的临床实践中总结出有胃滞肝郁之证型,该证多为情志抑郁、暴饮暴食、膏粱厚味、嗜饮醇酒等因素阻滞气机导致胃气郁滞、气机升降失常,影响肝气生发,日久致脂液痰湿蓄积于肌肤、血管和脏腑中。肝与脾胃关系密切,脾胃功能正常,气机升降协调,则有助于肝主疏泄,反之,胃气郁滞亦会引起肝脏疏泄功能失常,治疗应当从胃立论,运用理气和胃、清胃降火、通降胃气、益气健胃、消食和胃、滋养胃阴的方法治疗。

JIANG Yi-ping believes that liver and stomach ruffian diseases often affect each other,and their treatment should also be considered in many ways.The common clinical syndromes are liver Qi invading the stomach.JIANG Yi-ping summed up the syndrome type of stomach stagnation and liver depression in long-term clinical practice,this syndrome is mostly caused by emotional depression,overeating,fatty diet,alcoholism and other factors,which block the Qi machine,lead to stagnation of stomach qi,abnormal rise and fall of Qi machine,and affects Liver Qi rising.Over time,fat liquid phlegm and dampness accumulate in the skin,blood vessels and viscera.The liver is closely related to the spleen and stomach,the function of the spleen and stomach is normal,and the rise and fall of Qi machine is coordinated,which is helpful for the liver to control the discharge.On the contrary,stagnation of Stomach Qi will also cause abnormal liver drainage function.We should start with the stomach,use the method of regulating qi and stomach,clearing away the stomach to reduce fire,reducing the stomach qi,replenishing qi,strengthening stomach,are help to digest and harmonize the stomach,nourishing stomach yin.stomach qi,replenishing qi,strengthening stomach,helping to digest and harmonize the stomach,nourishing stomach yin.
