中医“化温解毒”预防变异新冠病毒感染肺部的温度机理研究

Study on the Mechanism about Temperature of"Warming and Detoxifying"in Traditional Chinese Medicine to Prevent Variant Novel Coronavirus from Infecting the Lung

摘要 通过分析新冠疫情的一些特点及诸多现象,发现新冠病毒以“受体学说”的机制感染细胞需在适宜的温度条件下进行,结合相关研究推论奥密克戎、SARS-Co V-2、SARS的最适温度分别接近34、35、36℃,且新冠病毒为了适应人体呼吸道的温度,通过演化及迭代变异完成了其最适温度的阶梯式下降,奥密克戎已是最适应人体呼吸道内的温度环境并最易在人类之间传播的优势毒株。根据以上发现,认为在中医病因上新冠病毒是“夹温之毒”而非“夹热之毒”,在中医病机上新冠肺炎是人体的腑热之正未能克制外寒之邪所致,在中医分型上SARS为极温之毒、SARS-Co V-2为盛温之毒、奥密克戎为弱温之毒,并从中医治疗方面创新新冠肺炎“化温解毒”的施治施护理论。同时,研究发现口式呼吸为奥密克戎的肺部易感人群,在夏季进行奥密克戎核酸检测易产生假阴性,为新冠病毒活疫苗研究的可行性,奥密克戎是否为“大号流感”问题提供依据。 Based on some characteristics and phenomena of the COVID-19,it is found that novel coronavirus infects cells with the mechanism of"receptor theory"under appropriate temperature conditions;Combined with relevant studies,it is inferred that the optimum temperatures of Omicron,SARS-CoV-2 and Sars are nearly 34℃,35℃and 36℃respectively;It is found that in order to adapt to the temperature environment of human respiratory tract,novel coronavirus has completed the step-by-step decline of its optimal temperature through evolution and iterative mutation.Omicron is the most dominant strain that is most suitable for the temperature environment in human respiratory tract and is most easy to spread among humans.According to the above findings,this paper considers that novel coronavirus is"the poison of Jiawen"rather than"the poison of jiare"in terms of TCM etiology:from the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,COVID-19 is caused by the fact that the internal heat of the human body fails to restrain the evil of external cold;from the perspective of TCM dialectics,SARS is the toxin syndrome of extreme temperature,SARS-CoV-2 is the toxin syndrome of high temperature,and Omicron is the toxin syndrome of weak temperature;dialectical thinking was formed from Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation;the treatment theory of"warming and detoxification"was innovated from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.This study found that the population with fish-mouthing breath was the lung susceptible population of Omicron,found that Omicron nucleic acid detection in summer was prone to false negative.
