特制新会陈皮炮制前后成分变化及临床疗效观察

The Composition Changes before and after the Processing of Special-made Xinhui Tangerine Peel and Observation of Cclinical Curative Effect

目的:研究特制新会陈皮炮制后的成分变化,评价该饮片治疗咳嗽的安全性及有效性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测特制新会陈皮中橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素3种成分较新会陈皮的含量变化,及稀醇浸出物含量的差异。临床疗效观察,选取医院收治的咳嗽患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例,2组均在西医内科基础治疗上,观察组予特制新会陈皮治疗,对照组予盐酸溴己新片治疗,比较2组治疗效果及视觉模拟评分、咳嗽症状积分、生活质量测评。结果:特制新会陈皮橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮苷的含量分别为2.416%、0.272%、0.185%,均较炮制前下降,稀醇浸出物含量平均为44.57%,较炮制前明显升高。临床疗效观察,观察组总有效率为87.30%,显著高于对照组的73.01%(P<0.05),观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、咳嗽症状积分、生活质量测评分(LCQ评分)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特制新会陈皮炮制后性状及成分发生明显变化,炮制品有良好的临床疗效,无副作用,含服方便,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To study the composition changes of Special-made Xinhui Tangerine peel,and evaluated the safety and effectiveness of the herbal in the treatment of cough.Methods:Using HLCP to detect the changes in the content of hesperidin,citronella,and tangeretin inSpecial-made Xinhui Tangerine peel compared with the ordinary Xinhui tangerine peel,and the difference in the content of the dilute alcohol extract.Forclinical efficacy observation,126 patients with cough admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with basic western medicine internal medicine.The observation group was treated with Special-made Xinhui Tangerine peel,and the control group was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride tablets.The two groups were compared with the treatment effect,visual analog score,cough symptom score,and quality of life evaluation.Results:The contents of Special-made Xinhui Tangerine peel hesperidin,citronella,and tangeretin were 2.416%,0.272%,and 0.185%respectively,which were all lower than before processing.The average content of dilute alcohol extract was 44.57%,which was significantly higher than before processing.Observation of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group is 87.30%,which is significantly higher than 73.01%of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue score(VAS score),cough symptom score,quality of life score(LCQ score)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics and ingredients of Special-made Xinhui Tangerine peel have changed significantly after processing.The processed products have good clinical effects,no side effects,convenient oral administration,and are worthy of widespread clinical application.
