TMAO与RAS在心血管疾病中的相互作用研究进展

摘要 心血管疾病是我国亟待防治和解决的重大公共卫生问题,明确心血管疾病诊治过程中的关键标志物及治疗靶点对于临床工作意义重大。氧化三甲胺(TMAO)是一种肠道细菌的代谢产物,其与心血管疾病的发生和发展密切相关。肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是人体内最重要的体液稳态调节系统,在心血管疾病的过程中同样扮演重要角色。近来一些研究将氧化三甲胺和肾素-血管紧张素系统联系起来,研究两者之间存在的相互作用,探究两者参与心血管疾病的病理过程。在本篇综述中,主要概述氧化三甲胺和肾素-血管紧张素系统之间的相互作用在心血管疾病中的研究进展。 Cardiovascular diseases are a major type of public health problem that needs to be urgently prevented and solved in China.It is of great significance to clarify the key markers and targets in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO)is a metabolite of gut bacteria,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.The renin-angiotensin system(RAS)is the most important fluid homeostasis regulation system in the human body that plays an important role in the process of cardiovascular diseases as well.Recent studies have linked TMAO to the RAS.The interaction between TMAO and RAS,and their involvement in the pathological process of cardiovascular diseases have been analyzed.In this review,we mainly summarized the research progress of the interaction between TMAO and RAS in cardiovascular diseases.
