基于电子健康档案信息平台下四位一体模式延伸护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Four-in-one Mode Extended Nursing in Glaucoma Patients Based on Electronic Health Record Information Platform

目的:分析基于电子健康档案信息平台下四位一体模式延伸护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法:选取德阳市人民医院在2022年6-12月收治的64例青光眼患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组进行传统健康宣教护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于电子健康档案信息平台下四位一体模式的延伸护理。对比两组遵医行为、眼压、视力、视野、焦虑抑郁程度及护理满意度。结果:观察组遵医率高于对照组(P=0.020)。护理后,两组眼压、视野平均缺损值均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组视力高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.010)。结论:基于电子健康档案信息平台下四位一体模式延伸护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果显著,可促进其视野和视力恢复,降低眼压,改善患者负面情绪,提高其遵医行为和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of four-in-one extended nursing based on electronic health record information platform in glaucoma patients.Methods:Sixty-four glaucoma patients admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-two cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education nursing,and the observation group received four-in-one extended nursing based on the electronic health record information platform.Compliance behavior,iOP,visual acuity,visual field,anxiety and depression degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.020);after nursing,the IOP and the average visual field defect value of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the visual acuity of both groups was higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.010).Conclusion:The application of four-in-one mode of extended nursing based on electronic health record information platform in glaucoma patients has significant effects,which can promote the recovery of visual field and vision,reduce iOP,improve patients'negative emotions,and improve patients'compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
