整体护理模式在轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing Model in Nursing of Children with Rotavirus Infected Diarrhea

目的:分析整体护理模式在轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2022年10月重庆市中医院收治的80例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取整体护理模式。对比两组临床症状缓解时间、服药依从性、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:研究组呕吐、发热、腹泻缓解时间比对照组早,住院时间比对照组短(P<0.001)。研究组服药依从性、护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理模式在轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果较好,能够缓解患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,提高患儿服药依从性和家属护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of holistic nursing model in the nursing of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods:A total of eighty children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea treated in Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing and the study group took holistic nursing.Clinical symptom relief time,medication compliance,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The remission time of vomiting,fever and diarrhea in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the duration of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing model in the nursing of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea is good,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,shorten the hospital stay,and improve the medication compliance of children and the satisfaction of family nursing.
