改良六字诀在脑卒中患者后遗症期的应用效果

摘要 目的:分析改良六字诀在脑卒中患者后遗症期的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月-2023年1月于上海市徐汇区枫林街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的脑卒中后遗症期患者60例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规呼吸训练,研究组采用改良六字诀训练。对比两组呼吸肌功能和肺功能。结果:干预后,两组最大吸气压和最大呼气压、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气峰值流量、最大呼气中期流量均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在居家脑卒中患者后遗症期实施改良六字诀呼吸训练的临床效果较好,能够改善患者呼吸肌功能和肺功能,促进其恢复,值得临床应用。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of improved six-character formula in sequelae stage of stroke patients.Methods:A total of sixty patients with sequelae stage of stroke who were treated in Shanghai Xuhui District Fenglin Street Commu-nity Health Service Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine breathing training,and the study group received improved six-character training.The respiratory muscle function and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the maximum inspiratory pressure,maximum expiratory pressure,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and maximum mid-expiratory flow in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The im-proved six-character breathing training in the sequelae stage of stroke patients at home has good clinical effect,can improve the respiratory muscle function and lung function of patients,promote their recovery,and is worthy of clinical application.
