改良腔镜手术器械包全流程管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用价值分析

Application Value of the Whole Process Management Mode of the Improved Endoscopic Surgical Instrument Set in the Disinfection Supply Center

目的:探讨改良腔镜手术器械包全流程管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用价值。方法:选取中山大学附属第一医院供应片区2020年10-12月管理的腔镜器械6 388份作为对照组,选取2021年4-6月管理的腔镜手术器械5 999份作为观察组。两组器械均属于日常手术所用的腔镜手术器械。对照组进行常规管理,观察组采用改良腔镜手术器械包全流程管理模式。分析腔镜器械包灭菌质量合格率、品管圈活动评分。结果:观察组灭菌合格率高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组手法运用评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调能力、活动信心和责任荣誉评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良腔镜手术器械包全流程管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用价值较高,可以显著提高灭菌合格率,提升护理人员的综合能力,该管理模式对于强化“患者安全”服务理念,深化手术室消毒供应中心一体化管理模式具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the application value of the whole process management mode of the improved endoscopic surgical instrument set in the disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of six thousand three hundred and eighty-eight endoscopic surgical instruments managed from October 2022 to December 2020 in the supply area of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University were selected as the control group,and five thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine endoscopic surgical instruments managed from April 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.Both groups of instruments belong to endoscopic surgical instruments used in daily operations.The control group underwent routine management,and the observation group adopted the whole process management mode of improved endoscopic surgical instrument set.The qualified rate of sterilization quality and quality control circle activity score of endoscope instrument set were analyzed.Results:The qualified rate of sterilization in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the score of manipulation between the two groups(P>0.05);The scores of team spirit,professional knowledge,communication and coordination ability,activity confidence and responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process management mode of the improved endoscopic surgical instrument set has high application value in the disinfection supply center,which can significantly improve the qualified rate of sterilization and enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staff.This management mode is of great significance for strengthening the service concept of"patient safety"and deepening the integrated management mode of operating room disinfection supply center.
