质量控制在健康体检重大阳性结果处理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control in Treatment of Significant Positive Results of Physical Examination

目的:探讨质量控制在健康体检重大阳性结果处理中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年12月于北京电力医院健康管理中心参加健康体检者220名作为研究对象。北京电力医院体检科于2022年1月开始实施健康体检重大阳性结果反馈的质量控制,将2021年1-12月未实施质量控制的110名受检者作为对照组,2022年1-12月实施质量控制的110名受检者作为观察组。对照组进行常规处理,观察组进行质量控制处理。比较两组重大阳性指标检出率、体检者对重大阳性结果通知的投诉率及满意率。结果:两组检验重大阳性指标检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组放射、超声及其他检查重大阳性指标检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组体检者对重大阳性结果通知的投诉率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.505,P=0.478)。观察组对重大阳性结果通知的满意率高于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:在健康体检重大阳性结果处理中应用质量控制,能够提高重大阳性结果检出率,降低医疗事故发生风险,提高受检者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control in the treatment of significant positive results of physical examination.Methods:A total of two hundred and twenty physical examiners from the Health Management Center of Beijing Elec-tric Power Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The physical examination depart-ment of Beijing Electric Power Hospital began to implement quality control for feedback of major positive results of physical ex-amination in January 2022.The one hundred and ten subjects who did not implement quality control from January 2021 to Decem-ber 2021 were selected as the control group,and the one hundred and ten subjects who implemented quality control from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received quality control treatment.The detection rate of major positive indicators,the complaint rate and satisfaction rate of major positive results were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate of test between the two groups(P>0.05);the detection rate of radiation,ultrasound and other major positive indicators in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the complaint rate of major positive results between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.505,P=0.478);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of quality control in the treatment of major positive results of physical examination can improve the detection rate of major positive results,reduce the risk of medical malpractice,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
