武术散打竞赛中道德失范的成因及其治理研究

当前加强武术散打竞赛的道德规范建设,对于规范和推动中华武术散打事业的健康发展具有现实意义。主要对武术散打竞赛中道德失范现象进行研究,系统分析武术散打竞赛中道德失范现象产生的原因并提出相关解决策略。为应对武术散打竞赛道德失范问题,进一步推动武术散打竞赛的公平公正可持续发展,提出了相应治理策略:完善制度和政策顶层供给,助推法治监管提质增效;加强道德规范基本建设,筑牢散打运动员、教练员和裁判员道德建设根基;注重修德立身,凸显武术文化精神价值的引领。

At present,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of ethical norms of Wushu Sanda competitions in order to regulate and promote the healthy development of Chinese Wushu Sanda.In order to cope with the problem of ethical misconduct in Wushu Sanda competitions,and to further promote the fair,just and sustainable development of Wushu Sanda competitions,the study proposes corresponding governance strategies:to improve the top-level supply of systems and policies,and promote the improvement and efficiency of legal supervision;to strengthen the basic construction of ethical norms and build a solid foundation for the ethical construction of sparring athletes,coaches and referees;to emphasize the cultivation of morality and the establishment of the body,highlighting the spiritual value of Wushu culture.
