摘要
综述了有限元方法在分析结构类型和结构参数对血管支架力学性能的影响,不同材料血管支架的疲劳性能差异以及血管支架、血管和血液之间的相互作用等方面中的应用现状,分析了该方法的不足之处,指出了提高模拟精度、优化血管与血管支架的设置是对血管支架进行有限元分析时应关注的内容。
The present situation of finite element methods was reviewed when applied in investigating the influences of structural type and structural parameters on mechanical properties of vascular stents,the differences in fatigue performance of vascular stents made of different materials and the interactions of vascular stents,blood vessels and blood.The shortcomings of finite element methods were analyzed,and improvement of simulation accuracy and optimization of vessel and vascular stent setup were suggested to be focused on when performing finite element analysis of vascular stents.
