北京市密云区羊源多杀性巴氏杆菌的血清型、致病性和耐药性检测及分析

摘要 为了解北京市密云区羊源多杀性巴氏杆菌的血清型致病性和耐药性情况从散养户和规模化羊场采集患呼吸道疾病羊的鼻拭子及病死羊的肺脏、肝脏等病料组织样品,通过细菌分离培养、生化鉴定及PCR检测等方法进行多杀性巴氏杆菌分离鉴定,并测定分离菌株的致病性、血清型和耐药性。结果显示:共分离到98株多杀性巴氏杆菌,经致病性试验测定,有68株为致病性多杀性巴氏杆菌;这68株致病性多杀性巴氏杆菌属于3种血清型,其中A型菌株占54.4%,B型菌株占32.4%,D型菌株占13.2%;对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶等7种药物的耐药率为91.2%~100%,仅对头孢噻呋和头孢曲松2种药物的耐药率低于20%。结果表明:多杀性巴氏杆菌是北京市密云区引起羊呼吸道疾病的主要病原菌之一,耐药情况较为严重,A型为主要流行血清型。建议养殖场户提高羊群的饲养管理水平,减少应激因素对羊群的刺激,选用敏感性药物进行疫病预防及治疗。 In order to identify the serotypespathogenicity and drug resistance of sheep Pasteurella multocida in Miyun District,Beijing City,nasal swabs from sheep with respiratory diseases as well as lungs,livers and other lesion tissue samples from dead sheep were collected from free-range and intensive farms to isolate and identify Pasteurella multocida using bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical identification and PCR assay,and to identify the pathogenicity,serotypes and drug resistance of the isolates.The results showed that 98 strains of Pasteurella multocida were isolated,including 68 virulent strains that were divided into 3 serotypes including 54.4%serotype A,32.4%serotype B and 13.2%serotype D;and were 91.2%-100%resistant to 7 drugs such as amoxicillin,ampicillin and sulfadoxine mesoxymethane,but less than 20%only to ceftiofur and ceftriaxone.In conclusion,sheep respiratory diseases were mainly caused by Pasteurella multocida that was one of the major pathogens in the region,with serious drug resistance,and serotype A strain was dominant.Farms/households were thus recommended to improve their feeding management to reduce potential stimulation of stress factors to sheep,and to prevent and control diseases using sensitive drugs.
