新乡贤是拥有以“新”为特色的思想观念、“乡”为根本的地域情怀、“贤”为要求的价值理念的鲜明主体。在乡村振兴的进程中,新乡贤可以充分发挥自身力量,创新乡村治理方式、推动乡村治理现代化,优化乡村资源配置、推进乡村产业振兴,构建乡愁文化载体、形成乡村文化自觉。因此,我们应该从健全新乡贤保障机制、确保乡村振兴事业稳固,创新新乡贤工作方法、实现乡村振兴主体共生,完善新乡贤培养体系、提高乡村振兴助力水平以及加强新乡贤监管力度、营造乡村振兴和谐氛围四个方面着手,激发新乡贤投身乡村振兴伟大事业的积极性。
