太行抗日根据地妇女党员队伍建设初探

A Preliminary Study on the Team Construction of Women Members of the Communist Party of China in the Taihang Anti-Japanese Base Area

妇女党员是中共党员中的一个特殊群体,是党开展妇女工作依靠的中坚力量。抗战时期,太行抗日根据地将动员和发展妇女党员作为重要工作之一,始终关注着妇女党员的成长和发展。根据地发展妇女党员有特定的入党标准,同时根据地也关注到了妇女党员群体的特殊性,适当放宽妇女入党条件,提高妇女党员比例,完善党员队伍结构。在动员培育过程中,根据地党组织和政府同妇女团体一道,组织进行多种教育,提高妇女党员认识水平和工作能力。在各方的鼓励与支持下,根据地培养了一批优秀的妇女党员,她们在战争前后方作出突出贡献,成为抗战的重要力量。全面研究根据地妇女党员培养体系,对于当代妇女党员培养具有重要的启示作用。

Women members are a special group of CPC members and the backbone of the Party’s work on women.During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Taihang anti-Japanese base area adhered to the leadership of the Party Central Committee,regarded the mobilization and development of women Party members as one of the important tasks,and always paid attention to the growth and development of women Party members.At the same time,the government in the base areas also paid attention to the particularity of the group of women Party members,appropriately relaxed the requirements for women to join the Party,increased the proportion of women Party members,and improved the structure of the Party members.In the process of mobilization and cultivation,the local governments and women’s groups organized and carried out a variety of activities to improve the awareness and work ability of women Party members.With the encouragement and support of all parties,the base area cultivated a number of outstanding women Party members,who made outstanding contributions in the front and rear areas and became an important force in the war.A comprehensive study of the training system of women Party members in base areas has an important enlightening effect on the contemporary training of women Party members.
