抽水蓄能频率响应与调峰协调优化的机组组合模型

摘要 针对新型电力系统调频响应不足的问题,挖掘抽水蓄能机组的频率响应能力,提出抽水蓄能频率响应与调峰协调优化的机组组合模型,探讨同步发电机和抽水蓄能参与调峰和提供频率响应的协调优化机理。该模型以同步发电机和抽水蓄能机组的运行费用、调频备用费用之和最小为目标函数,引入含抽水蓄能工作状态的调频备用约束和频率稳定约束。利用Reformulation-Linearization Technique(RLT)技术将所提出协调优化模型中的非线性约束线性化,再利用CPLEX求解线性化后的混合整数线性规划问题。8机、40机两个仿真系统的计算结果表明,所提出的协调优化模型能充分利用抽水蓄能机组的调节容量,使其在承担调峰任务的同时,预留充足的调频备用,防止系统在遭遇大功率扰动后发生频率失稳事故,而且抽水蓄能提供的频率响应能减轻同步发电机的调频负担,降低系统调频备用费用,提高系统运行经济性. In order to solve the insufficient frequency regulation response problem of the new power system,the frequency response capacity of pumped storage units is explored,and a unit combination model of coordinated optimization of frequency response and peak regulation of pumped storage is proposed,and the coordinated optimization mechanism of synchronous generator and pumped storage participating in peak regulation and providing frequency response is discussed.In this model,the minimum sum of the operation cost and frequency modulation standby cost of synchronous generator and pumped storage unit is taken as the objective function,and the frequency modulation standby constraint and frequency stability constraint with pumped storage working state are introduced.The Reformulation-Linearization Technique(RLT)technique is used to linearize the nonlinear constraints in the proposed coordinated optimization model,and then the linearized mixed integer linear programming problem is solved by CPLEX.The calculation results of the 8-machine and 40-machine simulation systems show that the proposed coordination optimization model can make full use of the regulating capacity of the pumped storage unit,so that it can reserve sufficient frequency modulation backup while undertaking the peak regulation task,so as to prevent the frequency instability accident of the system after encountering high-power disturbance,and the frequency response provided by the pumped storage can reduce the frequency modulation burden of the synchronous generator,reduce the frequency modulation backup cost of the system,and improve the operation economy of the system.
