以STM32为控制器的物流核心设备设计

摘要 物流输送线上设备分为核心设备与普通设备,每一个输送链路均由一台核心设备与多台普通设备构成。现阶段工业生产是多元化的,因客户及产品变更需要,物流输送线需要频繁变更。核心设备担负着物流输送线去中心化的责任,使生产线重新搭建更为柔性化。为此开展了以STM32F407VET6为控制器的核心设备的设计,实际使用证明产品达到了预定的目标,实现了生产线搭建柔性化的要求。 The equipment on the logistics transportation line is divided into core equipment and common equipment.Each transportation link is composed of a piece of core equipment and a lot of general equip-ment.At present,industrial production is diversified,because of the change of customers and product,the logistics transmission line needs to be changed frequently.The core equipment is responsible for de-centralization of the logistics transmission line,so that the production line can be rebuilt more flexibly.For this reason,we designed the core equipment with STM32F407VET6 as the controller.The actual use of the product has proved that it has achieved the predetermined goals and realized the requirement of flexibilization of the production line.
