Implementation Path of Local Internationalized Clinical Medical Talent Cultivation

党的十九届五中全会提出,要加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。以国内大循环为主体双循环战略的提出,对新时代国际化复合型医学精英人才培养提出新要求。重庆医科大学以中外合作办学为契机,以培养具有国际视野的复合创新型临床医学精英人才为目标,以临床岗位胜任力为导向,以学生发展为中心,充分利用国际国内资源,通过培养体系、管理体制、教学资源、师资队伍、评价体系、多元文化等“六大融合”,构建以“一体两翼”课程体系、增强虚拟混合学习模式、数字化资源赋能为主要特征的在地国际化临床医学人才培养模式,开启“以我为主”的临床医学人才培养在地国际化高质量发展新格局,在国内自主培养具有家国情怀、国际视野的创新型未来卓越医学人才。

The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee puts forward the development strategy of double circulation at home and abroad with the domestic circulation as the main part,which gives new requirements for the cultivation of international compound medical elite talents in the new era.Taking the opportunity of a Sino-foreign joint education program,Chongqing Medical University takes the cultivation of compound innovative clinical medical elite talents with an international perspective as a goal,focuses on the clinical position competency,takes student development as the center,and makes full use of international and domestic resources.With “the integration of 6 elements” including cultivation system,management mechanism,teaching resource,teaching staff,evaluation system,and diversified culture,the local internationalized talent cultivation mode of Clinical Medicine with “one body and two wings” curriculum system,enhanced virtual blended learning mode,and digital resource empowerment as the main features was constructed,opening a “self-centered” new pattern of local internationalized clinical medical talent cultivation with high quality to independently cultivate future innovative outstanding medical talents with concerns for nation and family and international vision in China.
