摘要
通过介绍中国医患沟通的社会现状,对中英医患沟通培养模式、眼科医疗体系及专用英语课程体系进行对比。从中得出在医疗发展日益国际化的今天,结合中国研究生的教学大纲,以工作坊的形式将英国的医患沟通培养模式融入我国眼科研究生的专用英语口语课符合其职业发展方向。笔者进行三个融入中、英医患沟通能力培养的学术英语口语工作坊构建,提出新的思路:医患沟通能力的培养可以融入医学生任何学习阶段的任何课程中。尽管此类工作坊的实施在当前中国国情下存在诸多困难,但希望本文能为促进此类课堂的研究与推广提供参考依据。
This paper introduces the social situation of doctor-patient communication in China and conducts a comparative study of the Chinese and British modes of doctor-patient communication,the ophthalmic medical system,and the ESP curriculum system.From this comparative study,we have gained the insight that,given the increasing internationalization of healthcare development,the integration of the UK's doctorpatient communication training mode into the ESP spoken course in workshop is in line with the professional development direction of Chinese ophthalmic postgraduates with the combination of the syllabus of Chinese postgraduates.In addition,three ESP spoken workshops were constructed to incorporate the development of British doctor-patient communication skills.A new idea is proposed:the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills can be integrated into any course at any learning stage of medical students.Although there are many difficulties in the implementation of such workshops under the current national conditions in China,we hope that this paper can provide a reference for promoting the research and promotion of such diversified courses.
