“转化医学理念+药物治疗管理”模式在临床药学教育中的探索

摘要 临床药学教育的核心是培养学生“以患者为中心”的药学服务能力。药物治疗管理(Medication therapy management,MTM)是中国现行的标准化药学服务模式,但尚未在院校教育中开展。转化医学强调将科研成果转化为临床应用的创新理念。本研究以培养创新型高质量药学人才为核心,将转化医学及MTM的核心内容相结合,从心血管临床药学服务入手,在师资队伍、案例甄选、流程设置、课后评价及问题改进等环节进行探索改革,形成具有转化医学特色的创新药学实践模式。这种模式有助于实现知行合一,提高学生对药学服务的认知和胜任力,为创新型药学人才的培养提供参考。 The essence of clinical pharmacy education is to cultivate students' ability to deliver patientcentered pharmaceutical care.Medication therapy management(MTM) serves as the prevailing standard model of pharmaceutical care,yet it has not been used in academic education.Translational medicine emphasizes the application of transforming research findings into clinical practice.In this research,to cultivate innovative and high-quality pharmaceutical professionals,the core of translational medicine and MTM were integrated.Starting from clinical cardiovascular pharmaceutical service,exploration and reform were made in various aspects including teaching staff,case selection,process design,post-class evaluation and problem solving to form an innovative pharmaceutical practice mode with the characteristics of translational medicine.This mode is conducive to realizing the fusion of theory and application and enhancing students' proficiency and competency in pharmaceutical services,providing reference for the cultivation of innovative pharmaceutical talents.
