摘要
以广东理工职院职教集团为例,分析职教集团中高职一体化办学存在的监管机制不到位、观念尚未转变、缺乏有效沟通与交流、办学经费投入不足等问题,提出应从完善一体化办学的保障制度、转变一体化办学观念、搭建一体化办学交流平台、建立集团内的公共实训中心等方面着手,在实践中不断完善中高职一体化办学模式,提升人才培养的水平和质量。
Using the vocational education group of Guangdong Polytechnic Institute as an example,this study analyzes the challenges faced in implementing an integrated vocational education model that connects secondary and higher vocational education,such as inadequate regulatory mechanism,unchanged mindset,lack of effective communication and exchange,and insufficient funding.To address these issues,this study proposes several strategies to improve the integrated model,including strengthening the support systems for integrated education,changing perceptions,building communication platforms,and establishing public training centers within the group.By applying these strategies in practice,the integrated vocational education model can be constantly improved,thereby improving the level and quality of talent development.
