高质量发展背景下职业院校年轻干部队伍建设路径探析——以云南国防工业职业技术学院为例

摘要 高质量发展背景下加强职业院校年轻干部队伍建设,是基于党的优良传统和伟大事业发展考量,是基于职业教育高质量发展的内在要求,是基于区域加速发展建设的迫切需要。高职院校由于调整合并、办学形式转变等原因,年轻干部队伍建设存在统筹谋划不够、源头储备不足、综合素质不强、教育管理不严等问题。结合调研提出“12345”职业院校年轻干部队伍建设模式(即一个原则、两条路径、三项机制、四种方式、五道关口),健全年轻干部队伍“选育管用”全链条培养机制,为培养和造就一支结构合理、数量充足、素质良好的职业院校年轻干部队伍提供路径参考。 In the context of high-quality development,strengthening the development of young officials in vocational colleges is crucial,as it aligns with the CPC’s excellent traditions and the requirements for advancing its great cause,addresses the internal demands of vocational education for high-quality growth,and responds to the pressing needs of regional development.However,vocational colleges face several challenges in building their young officials teams,such as insufficient strategic planning,limited talent reserves,inadequate overall competencies,and lax education and management practices,due to institutional mergers and changes in educational models.This study proposes the“12345”model for young officials development in vocational colleges,which includes:one guiding principle,two development pathways,three support mechanisms,four implementation methods,and five critical stages.This comprehensive model aims to establish a full-chain mechanism that covers the training,selection,management,and deployment of young officials,providing a structured approach for building a well-balanced,adequately staffed,and highly competent officials team in vocational institutions.
