摘要
目的:探讨基于超声和CT影像融合数据的3D打印心脏模型用于模拟左心耳封堵术在临床教学中的应用效果。方法:2023年5月至2023年10月,选取空军军医大学第二附属医院心血管内科60名医师作为教学对象,根据随机分组的方式将受试者分为教学试验组和对照组,每组各30人。对照组采用理论授课的传统教学方法,教学试验组采用理论授课结合基于超声和CT影像融合数据的3D打印心脏模型模拟手术的教学方法。培训结束后,对全部医师进行理论考核、实践考核以及教学问卷调查评分,比较对照组与试验组的教学效果。结果:在理论考核方面,教学试验组医师的理论笔试成绩(93.37±2.17)分高于对照组(90.13±2.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。在实践考核方面,试验组医师的实践操作成绩(90.03±1.85)分,高于对照组医师(84.73±3.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。教学问卷调查结果显示,教学试验组评分(24.73±0.64)分高于对照组评分(20.60±1.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:与传统教学方法相比,应用3D打印心脏模型进行体外模拟左心耳封堵术的教学方法有助于激发临床医师的学习兴趣,帮助临床医师快速掌握新技术、新器械的操作要点,提高问题分析能力并积累手术实践经验,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional(3D)printed heart model based on ultrasound and CT image fusion data in simulating the teaching of left atrial appendage closure procedure.Methods From May 2023 to October 2023,60 physicians from the Department of Cardiology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University were selected and randomly divided into either an experimental group or a control group,with 30 physicians in each group.The control group adopted Traditional methods of theoretical teaching were adopted in the control group,while the experimental group adopted a teaching method of combining theoretical teaching with simulation of surgery using 3D printed heart model based on ultrasound and CT image fusion data.After training,all physicians underwent a theoretical test,a practice test,and a teaching questionnaire survey,and the scores in each group were compared.Results The mean theoretical test score in the experimental group(93.37±2.17 points)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.13±2.13 points;P<0.001).The mean practice test score in the experimental group(90.03±1.85 points)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(84.73±3.76 points;P<0.001).The score of the teaching questionnaire survey in the experimental group(24.73±0.64 points)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(20.60±1.75 points;P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the teaching method of using 3D printed heart model to simulate left atrial appendage closure in vitro can stimulate the learning interest of clinical physicians,help them quickly grasp the key points of the procedure,improve their ability to analyze problems,and accumulate surgical practice experience.
