Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 20~(th) CPC Central Committee: Promoting Chinese Modernization The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee was held from Jul. 15 to 18, 2024, in Beijing. The plenum listened to and discussed the work report delivered by Xi Jinping commissioned by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and considered and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization.
