摘要
随着工作节奏的不断加快,越来越多的居民选择购买食用方便且易于储存的预包装食品。预包装食品倾向于含较高的钠、脂肪和添加糖,过多摄入这些营养素则会引起肥胖、高血压、心脑血管疾病等营养相关的慢性病。各国陆续出台一系列干预政策及措施,旨在降低预包装食品钠、脂肪和添加糖摄入量,对于引导消费者合理选择预包装食品具有重要的意义。本文针对国内外一些国家和地区有关预包装食品健康干预的政策以及措施的研究进展进行综述,以期为我国开展相关预包装食品健康干预行动提供参考依据。
As the pace of work continues to accelerate,more and more residents are choosing to purchase prepackaged foods that are convenient to consume and easy to store.Prepackaged food tends to contain high levels of sodium,fat and added sugar,and excessive intake of these nutrients can lead to obesity,hypertension,cardiovascular diseases and other nu-trition-related chronic diseases.A series of intervention policies and measures have been introduced to reduce the intake of sodium,fat and added sugars in prepackaged foods,which is of great significance in guiding consumers to make rational choices of prepackaged foods.This article provides a review of health intervention policies and measures in some countries and regions,with a view to providing a reference basis for China to continue to carry out health interventions on prepack-aged foods.
