摘要
近年来,角烯环氧化酶(SQLE)在几种癌症中的作用越来越受到关注.然而,它在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)肿瘤进展中的功能作用仍不清楚.本研究进行了生物信息学分析和相关实验来探究SQLE介导的HNSCC恶性肿瘤的潜在机制.结果表明,与癌旁样本相比,肿瘤样本中的SQLE明显上调.机制上,SQLE上调可能导致HNSCC中PI3K-AKT信号通路激活.此外,SQLE促进了HNSCC细胞的增殖、抗凋亡.研究结果表明,SQLE在HNSCC进展中起着至关重要的作用,为SQLE作为HNSCC潜在的治疗靶点提供了研究证据.
Recently,the interest in the role of keratinocyte cyclooxidase(SQLE)in cancer has been in-tensified,particularly its effect on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)progression.Bioinformatic and experimental findings suggest that SQLE is significantly elevated in tumors relative to adjacent tissues.This upregulation may stimulate the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in HNSCC.Furthermore,SQLE stimulates cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis in HNSCC cells.These findings underscore the critical role of SQLE in HNSCC progression,suggesting it as a potential therapeutic target for this disease.
