肾命关系演变与命门证治发展

Evolution of the relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen and the development of Mingmen syndrome and treatment

文章基于肾与命门关系梳理命门实质从“属于肾”到“独立于肾”之更迭,肾与命门属性从“心肾生水火”到“命门主水火”之嬗递,通过探讨肾与命门证治从“补虚泻实”到“温阳滋阴”之变迁以及代表方从“肾气丸、六味丸”到“左归丸、右归丸”之演变,指出命门证治未突破肾之范畴的原因。以“命门位于肾下”来厘清肾与命门之关系,并提出命门证治新思路,以期扩大命门病证之主治范围,助力提升中医临床疗效。

The article is based on the relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen to sort out the changes in the essence of the Mingmen from‘belonging to the kidney'to‘independent of the kidney',and the evolution of the attributes of the kidney and the Mingmen from‘the heart and kidney generate water and fire'to‘the Mingmen master water and fire'.By exploring the changes in the treatment of the kidney and the Mingmen syndrome from‘tonifying deficiency and reducing excess to‘nourishing yang and yin',as well as the evolution of the representative formulas from‘Shenqi Pill and Liuwei Pill'to‘Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pilr'.The article points out the reason why the treatment of the Mingmen syndrome has not broken through the scope of the kidney.The relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen is clarified based on‘the Mingmen is located below the kidney'.New ideas are proposed to treat the Mingmen syndrome in order to expand its scope of treatment,and help improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
