气候变化与中医流派演变探析

Discussion on climate change and the evolution of Chinese medicine schools

在五千年中华文明史中,大致存在3个温暖湿润时期和3个寒冷干旱时期,分别为仰韶暖期(约公元前3000—前1000年)、秦汉暖期(公元前770年—公元初)、隋唐暖期(公元541—810年);西周冷期(公元前1000—前850年)、魏晋南北朝冷期(公元初—540年)和宋元明清冷期(公元1000—1900年),每个大时期阶段中间又夹杂有小周期气候变化。气候变化时伴随疾病谱的改变推动了治疗方式的调整和新医学流派形成,如东汉末期暖冷更替孕育仲景学派,明清冷期促进温补、温病学派产生发展。以百年为尺度的气候变化对中医流派的形成与发展有直接影响和间接推动作用,研究气候变化规律特点对当今疾病防治有重要意义。

In the 5000-year history of Chinese civilization,there were three warm and humid periods and three cold and dry periods,namely Yangshao warm period(about 3000-1000 BC),Qin-Han dynasties warm period(770BC-early AD)and Sui-Tang dynasties warm period(541-810 AD),Western Zhou dynasty cold period(1000-850 BC),Wei-Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties cold period(early AD-540 AD),Song Yuan Ming and Qing dynasties cold period(1000-1900 AD),each major stage is interspersed with a small period of climate change.Climate change accompanied by changes in the spectrum of diseases promoted the adjustment of treatment methods and the formation of new medical schools,such as Zhongjing school arising from climate change period of late Eastern Han dynasty,and the warm and tonification school and warm disease school came into being and developed in the cold period of Ming and Qing dynasties.Climate change in the scale of hundred years has a direct impact or indirect driving effect on the formation and development of Chinese medicine schools,and the study of the characteristics of climate change is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of diseases.
