摘要
以某大型金融业数据中心为研究对象,以实现风量供需匹配、降低末端精密空调风机能耗为目的,开展了精密空调优化调适。首先,通过分析精密空调历史运行数据,总结运行特点,挖掘节能潜力;其次,制定调适方案与应急回退方案,优化精密空调运行参数与控制逻辑,改善机房内气流组织;最后,分析IT设备进风口温度变化与精密空调节能效果。结果表明,调适后IT机房局部热点减少,且精密空调能耗降幅达50%以上。
Taking a large financial industry data center as the research object,and aiming to achieve air volume supply-demand matching and reduce the energy consumption of the fans of the terminal precision air conditioning,this paper carries out the optimization and commissioning of the precision air conditioning.Firstly,by analysing the historical operation data of the precision air conditioning,the operation characteristics are summarized and the energy-saving potential is exploited.Secondly,the commissioning scheme and emergency fallback scheme are formulated,the operation parameters and control logic of the precision air conditioning are optimized,and the air distribution in the computer room is improved.Finally,the temperature change at the air inlet of IT equipment and the energy-saving effect of the precision air conditioning are analysed.The results show that after commissioning,the local hot spots in the IT room are reduced,and the energy consumption of the precision air conditioning is reduced by more than 50%.
