摘要
某换流站发生喷淋水池过度排污故障,喷淋水池液位低,影响阀水冷系统冷却裕度,严重时会因冷却水进阀温度高导致直流闭锁。通过故障分析,原因为传感器机械卡涩导致测量异常及喷淋水池排污控制逻辑存在缺陷。提出定期维护传感器和设置流量异常报警的整改措施,实现异常及早发现。
A certain converter station experience an excessive discharge fault in the spray water pool.The low level of the spray pool affects the cooling margin of the valve water cooling system and can lead to serious DC blocking due to high cooling water inlet valve temperatures.Through fault analysis,the cause of the sensor mechanical jamming led to abnormal measurements and a defect in the spray pool discharge control logic.Regular maintenance of the sensor and setting of flow abnormal alarms were proposed as corrective measures to achieve early detection of abnormalities.
