摘要
教育研究力是教师专业素养的综合表征,是教师专业实践由知走向知行合一的重要支撑。幼儿园教师的教育研究力具有鲜明的实践属性,它涵盖教师的研究动力、研究态度、专业知识、研究方法以及创新能力等诸多方面。幼儿园教师教育研究力的发展受到职前培养、职后培训、工作条件支持等多方面的影响,可以从完善教研制度和园本培训体系、发展教师的学习力和激发教师内在的专业发展驱力等方面予以支持。
Educational research power is a comprehensive representation of teachers’professional quality and an important support for teachers’professional practice to move from knowledge to integration of knowledge and action.Kindergarten teachers’educational research power has distinct practical attributes,which covers teachers’research motivation,research attitude,professional knowledge,research methods and innovation ability.The development of kindergarten teachers’educational research ability is influenced by pre-service training,post-service training,working conditions support and so on.It can be supported from the aspects of perfecting teaching research system and kindergarten-based training system,developing teachers’learning ability and stimulating teachers’intrinsic professional development drive.
