摘要
问题解决能力是个体适应现实生活和未来社会发展需要的基础性能力。学前儿童问题解决能力的发展具有鲜明的儿童性、过程性和个体性,其发展是行为先于目的的。针对幼儿园教师评价理念滞后、评价素养不高等问题,幼儿园应该注重提升教师的理论和评价素养,引导他们掌握科学的评价方法,增强对儿童问题解决能力评价的有效性。
Problem-solving ability is the basic ability of individuals to adapt to the needs of real life and future social development.The development of preschool children’s problem-solving ability has distinct characteristics of childhood,process and individuality,and its development is that behavior precedes the purpose.In view of the problems of backward evaluation concept and low evaluation quality of kindergarten teachers,kindergartens should pay attention to improving teachers’theory and evaluation quality,guide them to master scientific evaluation methods,and enhance the effectiveness of evaluation on children’s developmental ability.
