幼儿园课程建设中本土资源开发的视角转换与基本路径

摘要 丰富且富有地域特色的本土资源与儿童的现实生活密切关联,贴近儿童的生活经验,因而具有重要的儿童发展价值。针对幼儿园教师本土资源课程开发能力不高、课程资源库建设滞后、课程开发缺乏儿童参与等问题,课程开发者应进一步转换视角,坚持本土资源的全面育人价值观、开放动态的本土资源开发观和儿童参与的本土资源实践观,通过重塑教师资源观和组建本土资源课程开发研究共同体、建设本土课程资源库和本土课程资源开发保障机制等方式来确保本土课程资源的开发质量。 Rich local resources with regional characteristics are closely related to children’s real life and close to children’s life experience,so they have important value for children’s development.In view of the problems such as kindergarten teachers’low ability to develop local resources curriculum,delayed construction of curriculum resource database,and lack of children’s participation in curriculum development,curriculum developers should further change their vision and adhere to the values of comprehensive education of local resources,the concept of open and dynamic development of local resources and the practice concept of local resources involving children.The development quality of local curriculum resources can be ensured by reshaping teachers resource view,establishing local curriculum development research community,building local curriculum resource database and local curriculum resource development guarantee mechanism.
