“一校两点,普特协同”的乡村残疾儿童融合安置模式探究

摘要 乡村融合教育是融合教育的重点和难点。为妥善安置乡村地区适龄残疾儿童青少年接受教育,A县于2018年因地制宜地提出并实践以特殊教育学校、地方教育委员会、普通学校及家长为实施主体的“一校两点”乡村融合教育安置模式,取得了一定成效。未来“一校两点”融合教育安置模式仍需进一步优化,形成以普特协同机制为内核的乡村融合教育发展新路径。 The number of IE students in rural areas including home-sent IE accounts for about 76.9%of the total number of students receiving IE,which indicates that rural IE is both a difficult point of IE and a key point of rural education.In order to appropriately place school-age children and youth with disabilities in rural areas to receive education,County A proposed and practiced the“One School With Two Points”rural inclusive education placement model with special education schools,local education committees,ordinary schools and parents as the main implementation body in 2018,and achieved certain results.In the future,the“One School With Two Points”inclusive education placement model still needs to be further optimized to form a new path for the development of rural inclusive education with the mechanism of synergy between special education and ordinary education as the core.
