心理弹性训练对鼻咽癌放疗患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of psychological flexibility training on sleep quality,anxiety and depression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy

目的:探索心理弹性训练对鼻咽癌放疗患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取我院2020年3月至2022年3月收治的84例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组接受常规护理干预8周,观察组在接受常规护理干预基础上同时给予心理弹性训练,比较干预前后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度差异。结果:干预前,2组间PSQI、SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PSQI、SAS及SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组护理满意度为95.2%,高于对照组的85.7%(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌放疗患者进行心理弹性训练可缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量及临床护理满意度,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of psychological flexibility training on sleep quality,anxiety and depression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy.Methods:Eighty-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly assigned to control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention for 8 weeks,while the observation group was given psychological resilience training on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The differences between the two groups of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of PSQI,SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI,SAS,and SDS scores in the observation group exhibited a significant decrease compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 95.2%,which was higher than 85.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience training for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the quality of sleep and clinical nursing satisfaction,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
