基于CDIO理论构建职业教育社会服务培训PQAF模式研究

摘要 社会服务培训是高职教育的必然社会属性,更是“双高”院校建设的重要指标。目前,社会经济与产业结构正面临转型与升级的挑战,社会急需大批量高级技术技能人才,但现有的职业培训模式难以满足这一需求。因此,高职教育要认识到社会服务培训的必要性,引入CDIO工程教育理念,从培训模式制度、培训模式资源、培训模式环节、培训模式监督四个方面构建PQAF培训模式,实现职业教育培训模式的优化与突围,促进高职教育社会服务培训高质量的发展,从而反哺高职院校自身的可持续发展。 Social service training is a natural result of the social nature of higher vocational education,and it is also an important indicator for the construction of"double high"universities.At present,the socio-economic and industrial structure are facing challenges of transformation and upgrading,and society is calling for a continuous influx of advanced technical and skilled talents.However,the existing vocational training models are difficult to meet the demand for high-quality talents.Therefore,higher vocational education should clarify the necessity of social service training,introduce the CDIO engineering education concept,and construct the PQAF training model from four aspects:training mode system,training mode resources,training mode links,and training mode supervision.This will achieve the optimization and breakthrough of vocational education training models,promote the high-quality development of social service training in higher vocational education,and support the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges themselves.
