摘要
知觉与运动表现高度相关,且心理疲劳可能对知觉产生影响,因而需要寻找方法提升运动员的知觉能力。正念已被证明可以有效改善知觉水平,但正念对不同知觉的干预效果以及在心理疲劳状态下的干预机制都尚不明确。通过分析正念训练在心理疲劳状态下对深度、速度、空间知觉的影响,发现正念干预主要是通过提升觉知地行动和描述能力改善运动员的知觉水平。心理疲劳后,正念干预诱发不判断和不行动能力发生变化,进而对运动员产生明显影响。
Perception is highly correlated with athletic performance,and psychological fatigue may have an impact on perception.Therefore,it is necessary to find ways to enhance the perceptual ability of athletes.Mindfulness has been proven to effectively improve perceptual levels,but the intervention effect of mindfulness on different perceptions and the intervention mechanism under psychological fatigue are not clear.After analyzing the impact of mindfulness training on depth,speed,and spatial perception under psychological fatigue,it was found that mindfulness intervention mainly improves athletes'perceptual level by enhancing their ability to perceive,act,and describe.After psychological fatigue,mindfulness intervention induces changes in non-judgment and non-action abilities,which in turn have a significant impact on athletes.
