摘要
农产品电商发展迅速,但也存在着许多风险。在这种情况下,如何对农产品电商供应链风险进行防范与控制显得尤为重要。文章通过对于农产品供应链运作环节及运作环境风险的识别,构建出了包括9个一级指标,24个二级指标的风险指标评估体系,以S地区为例进行实证分析,基于系统动力学视角对农产品电商供应链系统进行仿真模拟。结果显示:在供应链的运作流程风险中,采购供应风险及仓储运输风险中存在着部分高敏感型风险因子。基于评估结果,文章从采购供应、仓储运输、产品加工、售后服务四个运作流程提出农产品供应链风险控制的建议。
E-commerce for agricultural products has developed rapidly,but there are also many risks.In this situation,it is particularly important to prevent and control the risks in the agricultural e-commerce supply chain.The article constructs a risk indicator evaluation system that includes 9 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators by identifying the operational links and environmental risks of the agricultural product supply chain.Then,taking S region as an example,an empirical analysis is conducted to construct a flow chart of the agricultural product supply chain system from the perspective of system dynamics.The results show that there are some high sensitivity risk factors in the operational process risks of the supply chain,including procurement and supply risks and warehousing and transportation risks.Based on the evaluation results,the article proposes suggestions for risk control in the agricultural supply chain from four process links:Procurement and supply,warehousing and transportation,product processing,and after-sales service.
