“赛教融合”视角下高职现代物流管理专业改革研究

Research on the Reform of Modern Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Integration of Competition and Education

技能比赛是检验高职学院专业办学质量的指标之一,技能比赛获奖也能够增加学校的知名度,很多高职学院非常重视技能比赛的开展。基于“赛教融合”视角分析当前高职现代物流管理专业建设中存在的问题,针对这些问题,文章提出了全面提升全员“赛教融合”专业建设意识、构建“赛教融合”课程体系、提升专业教师团队的双师素质、增加技能比赛激励政策和改革课堂教学方式、增加最新实训设施设备、基于“赛教融合”视角课程评价体系建设等专业改革思路,希望通过这些措施,进一步提升现代物流专业人才培养质量,更好地服务区域物流企业。

Skills competition is one of the indicators to test the quality of vocational colleges'professional education.Winning a skill competition can also increase the school's reputation.Many vocational colleges attach great importance to the development of skills competition.Based on the perspective of"integration of competition and education",this paper analyzes the problems in the current construction of modern logistics management majors in vocational colleges.In response to these problems,it proposes to comprehensively enhance the awareness of professional construction of"integration of competition and education"among all staff,construct a"integration of competition and education"curriculum system,enhance the dual teacher quality of professional teacher teams,increase skill competition incentive policies and reform classroom teaching methods,increase the latest training facilities and equipment based on the perspective of"integration of competition and education"in the construction of course evaluation system and other professional reform ideas,we hope to further improve the quality of modern logistics talent training and better serve regional logistics enterprises through these measures.
