摘要
随着我国信息化时代的推进,物流行业呈现出了多元化发展态势,不断催生出物流管理的新知识与新技术,对物流管理人才的培养提出了新的挑战。在数智化时代物流管理人才需求特点分析基础上,提出了物流管理人才的“四创五商”能力体系,结合霍尔结构模型和高等教育的教学规律,构建了“四创五商”能力培养的递进化概念模型,并根据人才培养规律,对物流管理专业的四年课程体系进行了面向能力与素质提升的整合研究。通过这种结合高等教育教学规律的递进化培养,以期教育出拥有“四创五商”能力的创新型综合物流管理人才,满足数智化时代对物流管理人才的需要。
With the advancement of China's information age,the logistics industry has shown a diversified development trend.The continuous emergence of new knowledge and technologies in logistics management has also posed new challenges to the cultivation of logistics management talents.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of demand for logistics management talents in the era of digital intelligence,a"Four Innovations and Five Quotients"ability system is proposed for logistics management talents.Combining the Hall structure model and the teaching laws of higher education,a progressive conceptual model for the cultivation of"Four Innovations and Five Quotients"ability is constructed.And according to the law of talent cultivation,an integrated study was conducted on the four-year curriculum system of logistics management,which is oriented towards improving abilities and qualities.Through this progressive training that combines the laws of higher education teaching,a group of innovative comprehensive logistics management talents with the ability of"Four Innovations and Five Quotients"are cultivated to meet the needs of logistics management talents in the era of digital intelligence.
