数智化转型背景下应用型本科院校供应链管理专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Model of Supply Chain Management Major in Applied Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Digital Transformation

基于数字化、智能化对供应链管理的影响,并由此映射到市场对供应链管理人才需求的新特征,文章总结了数智时代供应链人才培养的三个基本要求。在此基础上提出了数智化转型背景下应用型本科院校供应链管理专业人才培养的新模式,包括:(1)以数字化和智能化引领的供应链管理人才培养的新理念和新技术需求挖掘;(2)以强基础和重实践双支撑构建供应链管理人才的教学场景塑造;(3)匹配应用型本科院校定位的供应链管理专业人才培养路径建议。旨在指导应用型本科院校供应链管理专业理论和实训课程内容设置以及人才培养模式优化。

Based on the impact of digitization and intelligence on supply chain management,and mapped to the new characteristics of market demand for supply chain management talents,this article summarizes three basic requirements for supply chain talent cultivation in the era of digital intelligence.On this basis,a new model for the cultivation of supply chain management professionals in application-oriented undergraduate colleges under the background of digital and intelligent transformation has been proposed,including:(1)The exploration of new concepts and technological needs for supply chain management talent cultivation led by digitization and intelligence;(2)Building a teaching scenario for supply chain management talents with strong foundation and practical support;(3)Suggested training paths for supply chain management professionals that match the positioning of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Intended to guide the theoretical and practical course content design of supply chain management in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,as well as the optimization of talent cultivation models.
