摘要
当前,以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能生成内容(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content,AIGC)在教育领域引起的变革受到各类专家学者的广泛关注,然而较少有研究从网络问答社区层面探讨公众对AIGC在教育中影响及应用的关注与认知。为此,文章通过隐含狄利克雷函分布(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)主题建模与时间序列分析,对2022年12月6日~2024年4月9日知乎平台中与AIGC、教育等主题相关的问答与文章进行了探究。LDA主题建模结果显示,公众对AIGC在教育中影响及应用的关注与认知主要集中在教师教学与学生课堂学习面临的挑战、AIGC对学术伦理带来的挑战、AIGC对学生批判性思维和跨学科学习能力的影响,以及中外大学生使用AIGC完成论文作业情况的对比等方面。时间序列分析结果显示,公众对AIGC在教育中影响及应用的关注与认知在2023年2月~3月达到高峰,且主要关注点在AIGC对学生学习的影响方面。文章通过研究,旨在为教育领域更好地适应并应对AIGC带来的变革与挑战提供参考。
Currently,the transformations in the field of education brought about by artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)represented by ChatGPT have attracted widespread attention from various experts and scholars.However,few studies have explored the public’s concern and cognition on the impact and application of AIGC in education from the perspective of online question-and-answer communities.Therefore,through LDA topic modeling and time series analysis,this paper investigated questions and articles related to AIGC and education on Zhihu platform from December 6,2022,to April 9,2024.The results of the LDA topic modeling indicated that the public’s attention and perception were mainly concentrated on challenges faced by teachers’teaching and students’classroom learning,the challenges to academic ethics posed by AIGC,the impacts of AIGC on students’critical thinking and interdisciplinary learning abilities,and comparisons between domestic and foreign university students in using AIGC to complete essays and assignments.The time series analysis revealed that public’s attention and perception on the impact and application of AIGC in education peaked from February to March 2023,with the main focus on the impact of AIGC on students’learning.Through this research,the paper was expected to provide reference for the educational field to better adapt to and address the transformations and challenges brought about by AIGC.
