共同体理论视角下研究生优质教学资源共享机制与实施路径设计

摘要 当前,研究生优质教学资源共享面临资源分布失衡、资源监管缺失、共享主体协同度不足、资源共享路径不清等问题,而共同体理论强调多元主体共同愿景的达成、成员的平等参与和共同体文化的建构等理念,为推动研究生优质资源共享提供了重要思路。基于此,文章首先梳理了目前研究生教学资源共享的现状;接着,文章构建了智能时代下的研究生优质教学资源共享机制,包括优质教学资源建设管控、优质教学资源场景整合以及优质教学资源共享主体三个层次;然后,文章提出了研究生优质教学资源共享的实施路径,包括打造泛在化的教学资源共享模式、构建社群化的教学资源共享组织、依托智能化的教学资源共享平台、建立多元化的教学资源共享补偿制度和形成全方位的教学资源监管机制,以期为全面推动研究生优质教学资源的有序共享与高质量发展提供参考。 At present,the sharing of high-quality teaching resources for postgraduate students is faced with issues such as imbalanced resource distribution,lack of resource supervision,insufficient collaboration degree of sharing entities,and unclear paths for resource sharing.The community theory emphasizes the realization of the common vision of multiple stakeholders,equal participation of members,and the construction of a communal culture,providing important ideas for promoting the sharing of high-quality teaching resources among graduate students.Based on this,the paper firstly reviewed the current status of postgraduate teaching resource sharing.After that,it constructed a sharing mechanism for high-quality teaching resources for graduate students in the intelligent era,which included three levels of construction and control of high-quality teaching resources,integration of scenarios for high-quality teaching resources,and the sharing entities of high-quality teaching resources.Then,the paper proposed implementation paths for the sharing of high-quality teaching resources for postgraduate students,including creating an ubiquitous teaching resource sharing model,building a community-based organization for teaching resource sharing,relying on an intelligent platform for teaching resource sharing,establishing a diversified compensation system for teaching resource sharing,and forming a comprehensive supervision mechanism for teaching resources,with the aim of providing reference for the orderly sharing and high-quality development of high-quality teaching resources for postgraduate students.
